Mission - e4 Track and Field club team is committed to lifelong participation in the sport of track and field to promote the joy of camaraderie, competition, health, and well-being.
Vision - e4 provides access to group and individual track and field athletic coaching, education, training, competition, support, and camaraderie to high school, open, and Master levels athletes.​

Track and field participation does not have to end after high school or college.
e4 Track and Field is a club that promotes lifelong involvement in the sport. No matter where you are on your journey, we are here to help you. Because sprinting and field events are extremely skill-based, going it alone is tough. We offer facility use, weekly group training sessions, individualized coaching, and competition support.

Club History
I noticed over the years that track and field athletes have fewer opportunities to excel than athletes who compete in other sports. With club sports, trail and distance running clubs, town sports, indoor batting cages, and the like, there are plenty of places to train year-round for many athletes. Not so for sprinters or field athletes. Because sprinting and field events are extremely skill-based, most athletes need more than three month training blocks to meet their personal goals. It's not that they don't have the ability - they don't have the opportunity.

As a coach, my athletes' whole health and personal goals have always been my top priorities. At e4 Track and Field, we strive to ensure athletes meet their goals while maintaining good health. We are here to fill the gaps in track and field on the North Shore and offer more opportunities for those not on school teams, including adults, not to replace school sports.

Our focus is to work with adult athletes (Open/Masters) year-round and school (college/high school) athletes during their off seasons to train and improve skill execution. We encourage adults who want to continue training after youth and college sports opportunities have ended and those who want to revisit the sport after a long break to come and practice with us.
​
With individualized training plans, or small group sessions, we ensure that our athletes are getting focused coaching and skill mastery the e4 way - by putting in the effort, intently training towards proper skill execution, increasing speed, jump height or length with gained efficiency, and being rewarded with excellence.
